Upon verification, we will ship you a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method. You will not be required to return the damaged item.

Undelivered Packages: If your tracking confirms the package was lost in transit or shows no delivery updates after 30 days, please email us with your order number and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Unauthorized Returns: Please do not attempt to send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized packages sent to any facility will not be processed.
